Meets and events
Start your own group walk or connect with people local to you.
We’ll be organising various events throughout the year, but you can set up your own meet-ups or own browse walks arranged by other group members. They can be big or small – you and a crowd or you and a new potential walking pal.
Click on the 'Events' tab in the #mountainsforthemind Facebook group to set up your own walk and see what’s in your area. This enables you to make your own arrangements in a discussion attached to the event. It's easy, and will help you connect with other like-minded individuals, and encourage more people to experience the amazing benefits of the hills.
*NB. If you’re new to the mountains, they can be dangerous places, so please make sure you are walking within your skills and abilities.
